Guitar Center in Massachusetts is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations and deliver a great customer experience.

You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory tasks, cycle counting, merchandising to planograms, and cash handling while maintaining asset protection and safety standards. Strong teamwork and reliable participation on weekends and evenings are valued.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks
• Shipping and receiving gear and other items
• Cycle counting of inventory
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP)
• Cash handling
• Shrink awareness and control
• Additional duties as assigned
