Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Peabody to drive store readiness, inventory accuracy, and safe, compliant operations. This values-based leadership role reports to the Store Manager and partners with store leadership to deliver results.

You will oversee shipment and replenishment, maintain back‑of‑house standards, mentor associates, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail operations experience preferred.
