Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead and develop a team across Fairfield, Sacramento, and El Dorado. You will supervise retail associates, conduct store audits, and ensure client standards while driving sales and in-store execution.

You will collaborate with Business Development Managers and Store Managers to meet objectives, manage budgets, and deliver accurate reporting while maintaining a high level of customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative tasks, and coaching to direct reports.
