The Operations Supervisor will focus on back of house store operations, including but not limited to: vault & shrink control, inventory balancing between medical and adult use licenses (in Metrc and Point-of-sale), product receiving, transferring, and preparation. Lead and participate in all Inventory counts and reconciliation. Maintain ECOM pre-order/weborders, etc. The Operations Supervisor reports to the GM and AGM(s) to drive successful order fulfillment, inventory controls, and back of house efficiencies.
