Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a retail operations role.
• 1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leadership to streamline the product cycle.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to customers and staff.
• Collaborate with the sales-floor team to ensure products reach customers promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe workspace in operations.
• Complete tasks before or after regular store hours as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer service.
• Maintain expert product knowledge of items and store policies.
• Assist with housekeeping duties like dusting, sweeping and trash collection.
