The Core Solutions team at Meta empowers Reality Labs to enhance revenue through developing industry-leading sales capabilities that facilitate efficient operations and enable data-driven insights for the sales organization. We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Program Manager to join our team. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing retail operations programs across all current and future partners, supporting field sales, merchandising teams, physical merchandising, and online/digital teams.

Retail Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement retail operations programs to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, logistics, and external partners to align goals and objectives.
  3. Analyze retail operations data to identify improvement areas and develop solutions.
  4. Manage relationships with retail partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  5. Create and oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  6. Prepare and present performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
  8. Implement change management plans for seamless program execution.
  9. Support sales teams with enablement tools, training, incentives, and performance analysis.
  10. Assist merchandising teams through compliance auditing, database management, and reporting on merchandising effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in retail operations, program management, or related fields.
  • 3+ years managing retail programs, budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBi, or Alteryx.
  • Proven leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Knowledge of retail partner guidelines and processes.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial modeling.
  • Certifications like PMP or Agile.
  • Skills in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization tools.
