SMCP in New York seeks an Operations Associate for our Sandro store at Bloomingdale's SoHo. You will manage back-of-house operations, inventory, merchandising processing, and support the sales floor to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidate has 1+ years in sales support, strong organization, attention to detail, and flexibility with scheduling. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and a collaborative, fashion-forward team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience including POS and merchandising paperwork
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet timelines
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and solutions orientation
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation and strong teamwork

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise for the sales floor.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers with timely, accurate movement of merchandise.
• Oversee markdowns and update pricing on the floor.
• Process RTVs with proper records and vendor compliance.
• Assist with floor sets, moves, and merchandising presentation.
• Support POS operations and greet customers on the sales floor.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
