SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot in New York City seeks a dedicated Full-Time Operations Associate to support back-of-house operations at the Sandro Prince Street flagship. You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and daily processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will contribute to stockroom efficiency, floor sets, and accurate POS handling while delivering dependable service on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales support experience, including POS and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work within timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with POS operations and customer transactions on the sales floor.
• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise and store transfers.
• Oversee markdowns and RTV processing with accurate records.
• Support stockroom organization and inventory cycle counts.
