SMCP - Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot is seeking an Operations Associate (Temp) at the Maje Spring Street flagship in SoHo, NYC. The role focuses on back-of-house operations to support a premier customer experience on the sales floor.

You will manage merchandise processing, inventories, and visual presentation, while ensuring accurate records and adherence to brand standards. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience including POS handling, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet timelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation and strong communication.
• Flexibility with scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Manage check-in and processing of incoming merchandise for the sales floor.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers for timely merchandise movement.
• Oversee markdowns by updating pricing and reflecting changes on the floor.
• Process RTVs (Return to Vendor) with clear records and vendor guidelines.
• Assist with floor sets/moves to align with brand guidelines.
• Replenish merchandise regularly to maintain product availability and displays.
• Maintain stockroom organization and optimize storage space.
• Support POS operations and assist customers on the floor.
