Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods location in Exton, PA is seeking a team-oriented associate to support receiving and merchandising standards. You will interact with customers and ensure a clean, organized store while delivering exceptional service.

You will help orchestrate truck deliveries, train teammates, tag and code merchandise, and collaborate with store management to meet daily goals. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and friendly customer experiences.

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, code and organize merchandise for the sales floor.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods from truck to floor.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness; support safety and loss-prevention.
