Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Store Associate at HomeGoods in Bethlehem, GA. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store. You’ll train Associates, monitor productivity, and support inventory flow to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Team player who works well with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep flows efficient and accurate.
• Engages with customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, and properly coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Promotes safety, labor compliance, and program adherence.
