• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinates with management to ensure flow of goods and priorities are addressed.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor laws and policies.
