Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and shipments using Ulta's technology and best practices.
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention practices and guest service.
