Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandise replenishment, cleanliness, and guest services. You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance metrics and maintain store standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience with basic technology and teamwork is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by loss prevention practices and provide exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
• Work a flexible schedule including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
