Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or warehouse experience.
• Valid state driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to work in a loud environment.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to achieve EBITDA, sales, and margin goals.
• Staffing and training for operations team.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and warehouse organization.
• Inventory control, loss prevention, and safety.
• Conduct pricing and signage audits per planogram.
• Open and close store; manage operations in manager's absence.
