Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team, adapting to change, and influencing others
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Microsoft Office, Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision, and values to develop a high-performing team
• Drive store profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and attendance adherence
• Review financial and operational reporting and respond to issues
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to guests
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, inventory life-cycle processes, and safety standards
• Coach and develop store associates, train staff, and ensure ongoing professional development
• Maintain vendor partnerships and execute planograms and realignments
