Language Requirement: Fluent Korean (spoken and written)

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $41.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic frameworks and support execution across various retail initiatives
• Prepare high-impact C-level strategic summaries for both Korean and English-speaking stakeholders
• Create and deliver customized reports, forecasts, and operational recommendations
• Synthesize insights from cross-functional teams (sales enablement, marketing, supply chain, finance) to inform retail strategy
• Manage project milestones, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
• Serve as a strategic liaison between U.S. retail teams and Korean headquarters

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) — essential for daily communication and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, or retail operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of building strategic frameworks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in mobile, consumer electronics, or retail/carrier environments preferred
• Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and business priorities
