Reporting to the Resident District Manager, the Retail/Catering Operations Manager will be involved in all day-to-day operations. In this role, you willlead and elevate the performance of our catering/retail operations. This individual will play a critical role in shaping customer experience, optimizing daily operations, and driving financial performance across our catering/retail locations. As a strategic leader and hands-on operator, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational excellence, team development, and innovation to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll also have a comfort with technology and an eagerness to adopt new tools and programs to enhance the retail dining experience.

What You'll Do

• Promote and ensure azero-harm mindset—prioritizing the safety of our teams, guests, and food.
• Overseedaily operationsacross retail dining locations, including branded concepts, and Catering operations.
• Driveexceptional food quality and customer serviceacross all units.
• Uphold Sodexo’s financial control protocols.
• Deliver and maintainhigh client satisfactionthrough strong service execution and team leadership.
• Supervise, mentor, and supportfront-line staff, supervisors, and (6) managersin daily activities.
• Implement and maintainHACCP safety programs, Sodexo initiatives, and operational standards.
• Lead training efforts related toopening/closing procedures, compliance, and team development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
