Client Success & Operations Manager hourly

Inizio Marketing & Consulting is a high-performing full-service marketing agency based in Kansas City, specializing in digital growth strategies for service-based businesses and dental practices. We’re passionate about results, relationships, and leveling up the brands we work with.

We’re looking for a Client Success & Operations Manager to support our CEO and team by overseeing new client inquiries, assisting in project management, helping build internal processes, and making sure our ship sails smoothly. This person would be expected to work during the normal business hours of the agency (Kansas City, MO USA CMT)

• Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals via email and phone.
• Pre-qualify leads and schedule discovery or closing calls with the CEO.
• Help onboard new clients and guide them through the intake process.
• Maintain communication with active clients to provide updates and support.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate between internal and external team members to ensure deadlines are met.

Team & Operations Support

• Help document and improve internal processes and SOPs.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coordinating freelancers/contractors.
• Keep schedules, files, and systems organized.

Experience in a client-facing role (account management, customer success, or operations)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Hubstaff, Figma, WordPress, Canva

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

This person is REQUIRED to have experience in marketing either working directly with or for an agency in a direct role within the industry.
