Qualifications

• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across retail and service sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, omni-channel tasks, replenishment, markdowns, and price changes.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Lead guest engagement and training to drive sales.
