Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) in Tulare, CA. The role offers $22.00 per hour with a monthly bonus and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a 401k plan. PTO of up to 152 hours annually and 64 hours of sick time are provided.

• Recent leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking and Sales duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
