Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, seeks a Senior Manager of Retail Operations & Performance to scale a 750+ store network, align field priorities with corporate strategy, and drive revenue, labor efficiency, and compliance across the portfolio.
This role combines deep retail operations expertise with strong analytics and financial acumen to identify risks, close performance gaps, and implement data-driven solutions that improve profitability and customer experience.
Competenze
- 5+ years of leadership in multi-unit retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with retail KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
Mansioni
- Oversee 750+ store network performance and profitability.
- Lead corporate retail operations across field and stores, ensuring compliance and execution.
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and expenses to drive productivity.
- Establish scalable operating standards for customer service, stockrooms, markdowns, and audits.
- Lead RFID, workforce analytics, and store initiatives; measure impact and scale successful pilots.
