Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, leadership, and customer service. You will drive daily performance, mentor staff, manage inventory, and implement sales strategies to boost store profitability.

Responsibilities include merchandising, process optimization, and ensuring Skechers’ brand standards across displays and service delivery. Weekend/evening shifts and a positive work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience managing stock levels and restocking processes.
• Ability to oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations.
