Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; two years of college or technical training preferred.
• Two years of related retail experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred; able to lead and mentor staff.
• Strong customer service, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable customer service while keeping the store clean, safe, and stocked.
• Lead a team of cashiers and stockers to improve inventory, merchandising, safety, asset protection, and cashiering processes.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and performance management.
• Work to minimize inventory shrinkage and deter theft.
• Act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store per policies.
