Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail operations role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
