Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to build a path at Sephora while learning operational processes and selling behaviors.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork and promote a culture of openness and accountability.
• Uphold Sephora standards and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all.
