Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager within the CVS/pharmacy store team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will drive store execution and performance, supervise staff, and build consumer loyalty through excellent service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage staffing, training, inventory, and finances while modeling CVS values. The role requires flexibility for early shifts, overnights, and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
