You’ll lead training, coach teams, and optimize sales through effective product presentation and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and inventory management to optimize store sales.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures and maintain safe, organized environments.
• Lead and support associates; coach, train, and provide performance feedback.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure store standards and brand policies are followed; manage live cycle counts and discrepancies.
