Vance Outdoors, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate Lead to manage product movement from warehouse to the sales floor, assist with merchandising, and support department/store management. The role includes pricing, tagging, customer service, and coordinating staff schedules.

The position requires adherence to all firearm sale regulations, ATF compliance, and strong teamwork. The successful candidate will supervise 15–40 employees and help maintain a high-operational standard in a busy outdoor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with firearms-related compliance and retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to supervise 15–40 employees and manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive products in warehouse and move to sales floor.
• Merchandise and implement store floor plans.
• Price and tag products; communicate pricing issues to management.
• Assist customers and resolve issues with staff; handle shifts.
• Assist with inventory from bound books to warehouse and floor.
• Open/close store and respond to security concerns during business hours.
• Ensure ATF/NFA compliance for firearms-related activities.
