Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
• Orchestrate truck delivery; prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintain backroom organization and recovery standards; promote safety and compliance.
