Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and assist with training Associates to uphold our merchandising principles.

You will work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet store goals. Benefit packages and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership exposure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player capable of working with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate tagging, hanging, and shelving of merchandise.
• Maintain clean and organized store; provide outstanding customer service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Monitor productivity and coach team as needed.
• Support store efficiency by coordinating with management and the Coordinate on Duty.
