Job summary

Sephora Hawaii is seeking an Operations Leader in Honolulu to drive store operations, oversee inventory, and ensure a premier client experience. You will lead the operations team, coach staff, and maintain merchandising standards to support sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train teams in processes, brand standards, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and uphold operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to support Sephora's brand and drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet store goals.
• Coach and develop team members, guiding them through processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
