CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent service, under the Store Manager, and foster an engaged team by leading by example.

Key responsibilities include managing store operations, sales and inventory, staffing and training, financial oversight, and customer service leadership. Candidates should show adaptability and a track record in retail supervision.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills, plus computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed.

• Overall store management, supervision and policy implementation.
• Sales and inventory management.
• Employee staffing, training and development.
• Financial management.
• Customer service leadership.
• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information openly and timely to store crew and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
