Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to sales, guest experience, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Manage scheduling and payroll budgets; coordinate with GM on workload and planograms.
• Review financial and operational reports and implement improvements.
• Lead training and development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to policies, dress code, and store standards.
• Oversee inventory life-cycle processes including cycle counts, damages, RTV, and DIFs.
