Job summary

GARAGE is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to maximize sales by keeping stockroom organized and overseeing inventory, shipments, and merchandising to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will lead day-to-day store operations under the Store Manager, applying brand standards, driving profitability, and collaborating with a team to inspire participation and a fashion-forward environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Has passion for fashion and strong organizational/time management with decisive abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and urgency in responding to changing business needs.
• Be curious and creative, seeking ways to simplify processes and procedures.
• Promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration; proactive in tasks.
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel) or Open-Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipment processing, replenishment, e-comm orders, markdowns and merchandising.
• Lead day-to-day store operations to optimize inventory and customer experience while ensuring brand and visual standards are met.
• Collaborate with store team to drive sales, customer satisfaction and profitability.
