Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and profitability.

• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals.
