Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Lead for our Dallas Galleria store. You will support the Operations Manager, drive operational excellence, oversee inventory, shipping and receiving, merchandise preparation, client delivery, and on-site technical troubleshooting while mentoring store teams.

You will work to optimize sales floor flow and aftersales processes to meet business objectives, ensure a secure, organized back-of-house, and deliver an exceptional client experience through

Qualifications

• Hands-on operational expertise with attention to detail in retail processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Collaborative leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Support training on operational procedures and ensure store compliance with company directives.
• Manage merchandise preparation, packaging, and all aspects of client delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and organization of back-of-house areas.
• Assist with facility maintenance and provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Improve performance through efficient sales floor management and facilitating repair/aftersales workflows.
