Louis Vuitton is seeking an Operations Lead for our Dallas Galleria store. You will assist the Operations Manager in leading a team, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest level of client experience through strong on-site support.

The role emphasizes training, compliance, merchandise preparation, inventory oversight, and technology maintenance to support smooth day-to-day store operations and aftersales performance.

• Operational Training & Compliance: Support training on procedures and systems, guiding store teams on directives.
• Merchandise & Client Delivery Management: Ensure high standards in preparing client merchandise and manage client delivery processes.
• Inventory & Back-of-House Oversight: Oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, and back-of-house organization.
• Facility & Systems Support: Maintain store facilities and provide on-site tech support and troubleshooting.
• Performance Optimization: Improve sales floor operations and facilitate repairs to meet aftersales metrics.
