The OM will oversee Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage planning and inventory lifecycle, scheduling, training, and compliance to deliver consistent results and a superior store experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Ulta Beauty’s mission and values to drive top-line sales growth.
• Manage operations including realignments, planograms, and inventory lifecycle processes.
• Develop and coach a diverse, capable team through training and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to dress code, SOPs, and loss-prevention standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast, schedule, and optimize store performance.
