Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 4 years of retail sales experience and/or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role desired.
• Mid-level computer proficiencies, specifically Microsoft Office and related products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Retail staff, ensuring guest service standards are met.
• Direct and respond to guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Stock inventory, rotate signage, and manage shelf displays to boost sales.
• Maintain records of purchases, sales, and requisitions and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
