Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel) and comfort with social media.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others and foster inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results and leadership of store team as Leader on Duty.
• Oversee stock room, inbound freight, replenishment, and returns per SOP.
• Manage omni-channel processes (FES orders, phone management, RIO).
• Ensure loss prevention policies and safety standards are followed.
• Support, train, and develop store champions and new hires.
