Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions.
• Engages and interacts with customers to ensure an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Maintains Associate personnel files and supports onboarding of new Associates.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards.
• Supports scheduling, expense monitoring, and inventory replenishment with the Operations team.
• Promotes and supports store credit and loyalty programs and labor law compliance.
