Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to grow your career in a fast-paced off-price retail environment. You’ll engage customers, support store operations, and participate in the hiring and onboarding of new associates.

This role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask. You will help maintain cash office standards, assist with scheduling, and contribute to safety and compliance.

• Maintains Associate personnel files.
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards.
• Supports Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, and inventory.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Supports and responds to coverage needs throughout the store.
• Ensures store team executes tasks according to store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Communicates accurately with management and Associates when setting priorities and providing progress updates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store-wide.</service>
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
