The Restaurant Store in District Heights, MD, is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch. You will assist with receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies to align with sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory goals.

This full-time role offers early shifts 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, 5 days a week, and opportunities to develop hands-on skills in warehouse operations, teamwork, and problem-solving in a

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Business Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts, or powered equipment.
• Restock products and maintain organization in the branch.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations.
• Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Manager to address operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and manage damaged/expired products.
• Support management initiatives to ensure smooth location operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
