OVERVIEW:

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, high brand and execution standards, ability to prioritize and efficient execution of operational processes.

  1. Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
  2. Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with established programs and procedures; the backroom is organized and maintained so that merchandise is easily accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
  3. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
  4. Assist with the unloading of trucks, processing of freight, execution of transfers, RTVS, claims, freight processing, etc.
  5. Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
  6. Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
  7. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  8. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Early Morning Availability Required (ie. 3:30am - 11am Mondays and Wednesdays; and 6:00am - 2:00pm Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
  2. Occasional weekend availability as-needed.
  3. Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
  4. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
  5. Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
  6. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
  7. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
