Job summary

Guitar Center in Monroeville, PA is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and merchandising to a planogram. You will help ensure products are stocked and presented for a great customer experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work in a busy retail environment, comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs, and able to work weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation & execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Shrink awareness and control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
