Job summary

Sephora Willow Grove is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

You’ll deliver exceptional client experiences, assist with promotions, and help maintain Sephora standards in a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Part-time role with flexible scheduling (15–29 hrs/week) and availability during peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
