Job summary

Sephora Arlington is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations and inventory control. You’ll help with stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand standards.

You will contribute to delivering outstanding client experiences and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be available for part-time shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to support outstanding client service and communicate effectively.
