Job summary

SMCP is seeking an Operations Associate in Dallas to optimize back-of-house operations and support the customer experience in-store.

Responsibilities cover administrative paperwork, merchandising, inventory control, and floor support, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and presentation. The role requires flexibility and good communication in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
• Brand-appropriate personal presentation and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling needs of the business.
• Bilingual in certain key markets.

Responsibilities

• Administrative / Merch Paperwork Processing: merchandise check-in, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs.
• Visual Merchandising: floor sets/moves, replenishment, maintenance.
• Asset Protection: shortage strategies, inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventory prep.
• Safety responsibilities and compliance in the back of house.
• Stockroom organization and efficient layout.
• Sales Floor Support: POS operation, greeting customers.
