Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure merchandise is stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with processes and compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights. Put customer service first and help drive sales performance.

Competenze

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales drivers and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics and procedures.
• Adhere to dress code and Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipments.
• Maintain replenished, signed, and faced work area; ensure testers are available.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
